Temperature shock testing that subjects a product to alternating extremes of high and low temperatures in order to observe changes in product characteristics and failure occurrence caused by different materials and their thermal expansion coefficients. ETS Series Temperature Shock Test Chambers are able to place their product inside the product carrier and observe as the product automatically is transferred between two or three separately controlled temperature zones, Can also use Air-moved damper exchange two or three temperature area, depending on the configuration of chamber chosen. TESTEQ offers" Two-box method" and " Three-box method" of temperature shock chambers capable of meeting a wide variety of testing needs. All the naturally occurring temperature is between -80 ° C and +220 ° C.

◆With a brilliant 7" color touch screen display, the powerful 700 Programmer Controller is TESTEQ ready, making operations and data collection easier and more reliable than ever before. Our controller has a Windows look and feel to support familiar and robust operations. The 700 is ethernet-compatible and web-enabled with an Internet-ready front end for virtual anytime/anywhere access. Multi-level, password-based security protects sensitive data. The 700 can be easily retrofitted on-site to existing chambers.

◆Program capacity :Edit: up to 20 programs, up to 50 steps per program, 20 loops can be set(Each loop step has up to 999 times of loop)

◆Communication function :RS-485 interface, which has local and remote communication functions (it is required to fit centralized monitoring software, RS-485/RS232 converter, it will occupy a COM port and a USB port of PC machine); up to 16 devices can be connected, the cumulative length of cable is up to 800m.

In the two zone, double capacity system, the cold zone is always in use, which contributes to the efficiency of the system.

In the horizontal three zone, the products travel via a carrier basket between the cold and ambient zones, and the hot zone travels to envelop the carrier basket.

Performance is based upon 50 Hz and laboratory ambient conditions of 23.9℃,and may vary slightly at other temperature and humidity levels. Chambers are designed for use under normal laboratory operating conditions.For other applications,please consult TESTEQ.
