 High product reliability is a basic requirement for today’s competitive market and is often the only difference between the various manufacturers. These chambers feature the classic TESTEQ look of stainless steel with a new, modern style. The adjustable controller pod will please users of different heights. And sound levels are lower, even for air-cooled models. Faster chambers for production and qualification level testing -Change rates up to 25°C per minute. All models feature three levels of overheat protection.

■Non-metallic thermal break around the doorframe keeps extreme temperatures in the chamber from being transferred to the exterior.

■Two diameter φ100mm holes(Distributed in the right and left sides) includes two flexible silicone plugs.

■Dew trays on the door and under the doorframe catch drips when opening after humidity testing.

■Adjustable stainless steel shelf, with heavy-duty support rails,holds 50 kg.

■Heavy-duty casters have integrated adjustable feet for level-ing and fixing the unit.

◆With a brilliant 7"&8" color touch screen display, the powerful 700&800 Programmer Controller is TESTEQ ready, making operations and data collection easier and more reliable than ever before. Our controller has a Windows look and feel to support familiar and robust operations. The 700&800 is ethernet-compatible and web-enabled with an Internet-ready front end for virtual anytime/anywhere access. Multi-level, password-based security protects sensitive data. The 700&800 can be easily retrofitted on-site to existing chambers.

○During cycling tests, product temperature can lag behind air temperatures by 20 degrees or more. Our optional product temperature control feature lets you drive faster change rates by directly monitoring product temperature and overshooting normal air-temperature set points until the product approaches the desired temperature. And by achieving product temperature faster, soak periods can begin earlier, saving significant time.

○As shown in the example at left, setting the chamber for a 20°C air temperature boost (air at -60°C) achieved the -40°C product temperature in just 16 minutes, compared for nearly 50minutes with the chamber air set at -40°C

○在循环测试中，产品的温度可落后出风口温度20℃或者更多。我们可选择产品温度控制功能，直接控制产品的温度变化率，通过直接的产品监控温度和过度正常温度设定点，使产品温度直接接近所需的温度。提前使产品进入快速温度变化的热交换时间，更快地实现产品温度变化率，节省时间显著。

○左侧曲线所示的例子中，在设定箱内温度为+80℃～-40℃之间变化时，如设定20℃温度前置（产品控制点低温实际为-60℃），样品表面温度只需16分钟便能到达-40℃，如果不采用产品温度控制，则需要50分钟才能到达-40℃，因此，采用产品温度控制可以节省34分钟。

Performance is based upon 50 Hz and laboratory ambient conditions of 23.9℃,and may vary slightly at other temperature and humidity levels. Chambers are designed for use under normal laboratory operating conditions.For other applications,please consult TESTEQ.
